Tiffany McCormick is the Research Director for AI Monetization, Pricing Strategies, and Business Models under IDC’s Enterprise Applications team. Mrs. McCormick’s core research coverage includes monetization models for digital products and services including subscription based, value based, usage, consumption, perpetual/maintenance, outcomes based, and other emerging pricing approaches such as agentic ai pricing and monetization.
For the past 15 years, Tiffany has held various supplier roles in digital commerce, consulting, and transportation logistics, managing the monetization of portfolios exceeding $1 billion. Most recently, Tiffany served as Senior Product Manager for Ai/ML Analytics and Pricing at Amazon, where she led the development of global price elasticity models and discount/promotion optimization. Prior to Amazon, she worked as a Competitive Pricing Manager at Accenture, building an assessment of competitor price ranges and capabilities as well as deriving price points based on product differentiation and monetization models.

Vibha Hegde is a Product Manager for Revenue and Licensing at Teradyne, where she leads the development and rollout of modern license management and monetization platforms. With over seven years of experience spanning software engineering, product management, and cross-functional program leadership, Vibha specializes in translating complex technical systems into scalable, customer-centered business solutions. Vibha holds an MBA and an MS in Business Analytics from UMass Amherst, an MS in Computer Science from Georgia Tech, and is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). She is deeply passionate about growing technology communities, and building products that balance innovation, security, and commercial value.

Rod Behr is an audiovisual and communications professional with more than twenty-five years of experience designing, implementing, and commercialising audiovisual software solutions. He currently serves as Manager, Digital Transformation at Shure, the world’s largest manufacturer of microphones. Rod joined Shure in 2022 to spearhead the monetisation of the company’s emerging software portfolio and hardware feature licensing strategy. In this role, he is responsible for driving the systems integration and digital capabilities required to support Shure’s expansion into new software-led value streams and to realise its ambitious transformation goals.
