Philip is a Partner and Head of the Houston office at Simon-Kucher. With 20 years of consulting experience, he has led more than 100 pricing and commercial excellence projects, helping companies generate over $5 billion in enterprise value. He regularly speaks at international conferences, has published 50+ articles on pricing and sales strategy, and teaches pricing at leading business schools including IE Business School, Rice University, and the University of Houston.
